Bunk is a start-up offering property management software to developers and large portfolio landlords. The software encompasses the whole journey from advertising to signing the tenancy agreement and moving in. The tenants even have an app to pay rent, send any maintenance issues, and track their progress. I worked on the web app, iOS tenant app, website, and marketing assets – here is a small snapshot.
Bunk was a web app that users could access anytime, anywhere, whether they were a landlord, property manager or a manger checking on team performance. The web app has many features but the dashboard gives an overview depending on the users role. Tenants or potential tenant also had access to the web app as well as an iOS app.
Bunk needed a new website as the overall product changed and we started to target B2B. We split the software into four products, and wanted to showcase what each product could do. Highlighting key features and pain points for the target user. This wireframe would provide a basic template for the product page structure.
Once we were happy with the template, call to actions and flow, I started to build the design in WordPress using Elementor.
